So for starters, I'm not sure who out there in the eUniverse is going to read this, so I will give you a little background about myself if you don't know already.
I'm a junior at the University of Oklahoma. Fact: it's the best place in the world. Talk to me for three minutes and I'll make sure you'll never forget it. From this mildly obsessive affection stems my involvement on campus, particularly with prospective students, transfers, and freshmen. This is probably why i'm enthralled with Camp Crimson. Ask me about it sometime.
I'm a Professional Writing major with minors in French and English Literature. I love minors, they make me sound like an over achiever, when in reality it's just because I literally have too much spare time. Despite the fact that I plan to write for the rest of my life, I never read. How's that for irony? Or maybe perhaps narcissism, you can be the judge.
Most of my life is just a series of unbelievable, ironic, or just plain ridiculous situations strung together that make for one heck of a laugh. So mystery solved, that's where my blog title comes from. I will probably post about my life situations throughout, so get excited.
I am also one of those people that will tell you my life story when we first meet IF you allow me. It's probably because I suck at small talk, however I've gotten much better about oversharing since I came to college.
That leads me to this: I am a work in progress. I learn and grow and change in some way constantly. Who I was 2 years ago coming into school is a distant cry from who I am today. It's a good thing. So, if you and I haven't talked in a few years, hit me up, I might surprise you.
Fun fact: I have about 8 nicknames that I answer to on a regular basis.
Finally, I am a driven person. I live to make people laugh, even at my own expense. I am determined to succeed in every way a person can succeed. I desire to tear down stereotypes and to build people up to become the best versions of themselves. Oh, and I love God because he loves me way more than I deserve.
I think that's enough for now. Later Gator.
